The international jury has selected five winners of the animation project presentation workshop “ANESI Black Sea Region Countries.” One of the winners is Georgian participant, Mariam Kortua, with her film “The Anatomy of Mr. Burda.” The winners also include participants from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and Turkey.

The animation project presentation (pitching) workshop was organized by the Georgian Animators Association. About 70 short animated film projects were submitted throughout the project. Out of these, 10 projects were selected by international experts. French mentors Corinne Destombes and Olivier Catherin visited Tbilisi from November 26 to 30 and led a workshop on developing and pitching animated projects.

On November 30, participants presented their projects, and a video recording of the presentations was sent to the jury composed of international partners. Based on this, the jury selected the winning projects.

In 2025, the second workshop for animation projects from Black Sea region countries will be held in a different country, with animators from the same five countries participating.
